Back to Italia I have been missing things... gelato, the boys, the weather... so the other week I went back off to Italy to Rome and then up to Verona to catch up with friends, cure myself of my icecream craving for at least the next two months and generally have some fun. Actually did some sight-seeing in Rome for once, rather than just shop and night-spot seeing: Totally nicked off of Bobble...

Finally managed to see Venice in the sun last weekend... fourth time lucky! Every time i go it mings it down... Last time i went, about a month ago, i set off on a glorious, blue skyed day. As the train got closer to Venice though, the sky was getting moodier, and quite ferocious looking... got off the train, onto a vapoetto to meet my friend who i was having dinner with and it just started to POUR it down... and my footwear choice quite distinctly did not correspond with rain. Argh! Anyhoo, last weekend it managed to stay glorious for my entire visit, so have some pics: My shadow in St Marks Square...

more Milan...   This is where i stayed the other weekend in Milan... from the outside these appartments look brand spanking new, but you go inside the courtyard of the block, and a decrepid, but rather chaming interior is revealed...

This is a display in the shop where i bought my white boots.... love the toy car and high heel thing going on!                     Never been much of a sneaker pimp me, far more into my shoe points, but i did like this display... again, round the area of porta ticinese, where the cool kids hang out...
